why yacht crew?

Four Relief Crew volunteers taking a group selfie on a yacht, smiling as they sail on the ocean.

The scenery might be different, but the skills are the same.

From working at sea in high-pressure situations, yacht crew have honed their practical and logistical skills, developed a strong work ethic, and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.

We’re now using those skills where they matter most—contributing to humanitarian projects with a greater sense of purpose.

If your NGO could use dedicated, skilled support, let’s connect and make a difference together.

NGOs we've worked with

Movement On The Ground specialises in transforming refugee camps into more safe, enabling and self-sufficient communities and has been involved in projects across Greece, Lebanon, Syria, the Netherlands, Poland and Ukraine. We were lucky enough to team up with them in Morocco.

“We needed volunteers who quickly understood the brief, adapted to the environment, connected with the community and got stuck in. And that’s what we got.”
